Sushi

Last night Elena, Massimo and I went for dinner at a sushi restaurant near our office. We went "early" for dinner as we left the office around 7:45. We were able to go early as the studio meeting (and my tutoring session) began and ended an hour earlier this Wednesday. It was a good thing we went early as it became crowded around 8:30 (typical dinner time). On our way out we grabbed our umbrellas from the baskets by the doors but Massimo could not find his umbrella. It seemed that someone had mistaken Massimo's umbrella for their own and had left for the evening. Enrico came by and offered his spare umbrella from the bin to Massimo. As soon we got outside Massimo opened the umbrella, lifted it over his head and the entire shade of the umbrella slide down the pole until it hit his hand. Elena and I were laughing so hard as it looked like he was holding a giant lamp shade with a big sword at the end. We continued laughing as Massimo could not get the umbrella to fold back up. He went back inside and Enrico was laughing as he knew this umbrella was broken...so Massimo got him back by placing the open umbrella in Enrico's office.

The sushi was very good. It was fun as you could order off the menu or fresh sushi was continously placed on a conveyer belt which circled all the tables and you could pick what plate you wanted and each plate was a different color which indicated the price. Elena said she has been to a restaurnt in the Chrysler building that is simlar...I had to admit I had never been to the Chrysler buildling!
Have a great Thursday!
